In the heart of Greenwich Village, full floor corner residences designed by Morris Adjmi
A new corner landmark
In the heart of Greenwich Village sits 116 University Place, a boutique luxury condominium building offering a collection of five full-floor corner residences with over 3,000 square feet of living space. Designed by Morris Adjmi, 116 University Place interprets the modern and historic feel of the Village that surrounds it.
A faceted facade
The coffered, oversized windows give depth to the faceted façade of 116 University Place and ample natural light into each residence. Inspiration for this design came from examining historic brick townhouses in Greenwich Village. “The use of the corbelled brick windows recalls the studio windows added to houses and apartments when the area was populated by artists and bohemians”
